In the period from 19-22 October 2018, 50 members and IPA representatives from the IPA Region Skopje visited the IPA Region Timisoara. The group was led by the President of IPA Region Skopje, Mr. Igno Stojkov and the Secretary General Mr. Igor Manojloski.

The purpose of the visit was to conclude a Charter for cooperation between the two regions which in the coming period will enable planning and development of joint activities in accordance with the IPA Statute and national sections, in order to achieve better results and deepen mutual cooperation of members of both regions and their national sections.

During the visit by the hosts, IPA Timisoara, a visit was organized to the building of the Local Police of Timisoara where a meeting was held with the Director of the Local Police, Mr Dorel Cojan and Dity Center Chief, Mrs Georgina Velicu and colleagues from the police station and up close get acquainted with their current work. In addition to this meeting, there was a walk through the city center with a local guide, as well as two dinners in an authentic Romanian way.

The Charter for Cooperation was signed on October 21, 2018 on behalf of IPA Timisoara by Mr. Gheorghe Moldovan as President and Mr. Dorel Cojan and on behalf of IPA Skopje by Mr. Igno Stojkov as President and Igor Manojloski, MA as Secretary General.

Before leaving Romania, a visit to the IPA House in Timisoara was organized to accommodate the delegations arriving at the events organized by IPA Timisoara.

During the trip to Skopje, a visit was made to Nis where the IPA Skopje delegation was welcomed by the Vice President of IPA Nis, Mr. Sasa Spasic.
