In June 2015, a 4-member delegation of the IPA Region Skopje visited the IPA Region Halle / Sale Germany, where the first cooperation / twinning agreement of the IPA Region Skopje and IPA Halle / Sale was signed.

The agreement was signed by the then President of the IPA Region Skopje, Vlado Mircevski and the then Secretary General Igno Stojkov as well as the President of the IPA Region Halle / Salle Jorg Gebbert.
