The President of IPA Macedonia, Skopje Region, Igno Stojkov during his vacation in the Republic of Albania, more precisely in Velipolje, had an informal meeting with the Vice President of IPA Albania (section in formation) Ardian Zaganjori and the President of IPA Region Shkoder Edra Beci
At the meeting by the Vice President of IPA Albania, Ardian Zaganjori, gave proposal  for twinning agreement between  IPA Region Skopje and IPA Ipa Skadar Region, which during the past years have been cooperating well.
The twinning should take place at a joint international IPA event from 08-10.10.2021 in Shkoder, Albania (if the measures of COVID 19 allow it) and of course after the decision is made by the Management Board of IPA Region Skopje and the Management Board of IPA Shkoder Region.
On behalf of the IPA Region Skopje, the President of the IPA Region Skopje thanked for the honor given that this would be the first twinning of the IPA Region from Albania, and in general the first twinning of the IPA Region from North  Macedonia and Albania
At the meeting, the Vice President of IPA Albania gave his contribution to the museum room of IPA MKD, Skopje Region and presented the President with an Albanian Police Hat.
