In the period from 4-6.10.2019, 53 members from IPA Region Skopje and 2 members from IPA Region Stip stayed at hotel Jelena located near Herceg Novi, Montenegro.

The purpose of the trip was the signing of the Twinning Charter – Agremant for cooperation between IPA Region Skopje and IPA Region South IPA Regija Jug, as the crown of the long-term intensive cooperation between these two IPA Regions.

The trip was followed by a visit to the old town of Ulcinj, a visit to the Villa “Galeb” in Igalo and the old town of Kotor.

The solemn signing of the charter took place in hotel JELENA on 5.10.2019 and it was signed by the President of IPA Region South, Dejan Jankovic and the Vice President of IPA Region South, Shefkija Kurgas on one hand and the President of IPA Region Skopje, Igno Stojkov and the Secretary General of IPA Region Skopje Igor Manojloski.
The Management Board of IPA Region Skopje was also presented by the Treasurer of IPA Region Skopje, Orce Jovanovski, member of the Management Board Zoran Stevic, the President of Retired police officers, Vasko Trpeski and other members from various organizational units.

We take this opportunity to thank our hosts for the excellent organization and welcome of our big delegations.

We also thank the members of IPA Region Stip and IPA friends who enriched the event with their presence.

We emphasize that this trip would not have been realized without the help of our IPA friends and members of the IPA Region Skopje.
