IPA region Skopje participated in the IV New Year’s Eve humanitarian evening organized by six regions of the national IPA section of the Republic of Serbia, which took place from 21-23.12.2018 in Nis-Serbia.

The meeting was attended by representatives of several IPA regions from Serbia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina and IPA Macedonia.

IPA Skopje was represented by a 19-member delegation led by the President of the IPA Region Skopje, Igno Stojkov.
The visit was used to establish contacts with the presidents of the IPA regions in the neighborhood and agree on future joint activities and also an invitation was sent to participate in the first IPA New Year party which will be held from 18-20.01.2019 at Hotel Continental in Skopje and which we expect it to grow into a traditional regional IPA meeting. A Charter for twinning of IPA Region Skopje and IPA Region Nis will be signed at this IPA gathering.

As a sign of cooperation and friendship, all representatives of the IPA regions and national sections were given appropriate gifts as well as promotional tourist promotional material from Skopje and the Republic of Macedonia.
At the same time, at this IPA meeting of humanitarian character, funds in the amount of 60,000 Serbian dinars were raised.
